New website
The site has been created by WebBiz with XHTML, ASP and CSS sheets technology.
We tried to create a simple but elegant design, respecting the colours and the target of the company and granting at the same time a pleasant visual efficiency and a good level of usability.
The site has been completely renewed and developed using semantic XHTML for the contents and CSS for the presentation, avoiding completely the use of tables for the layout and any kind of presentation markups. In such way the accessibility to the site is favoured and the contents can be used through the help of a wide range of devices and user agents, included hand-held computers, mobile phones, text browsers and screen readers.
The navigation on mobile devices is optimized by the use of a specific “handheld” sheet, exploiting the potentialities of the browsers for hand-held computers and mobile phones of the last generation. Also the printing of the site pages is optimized by the use of a specific “print” sheet. Moreover, the use of XHTML and CSS grants a simple and clear code, without redundancies, and lighter pages, in order to favour the indexing by the search engines.
The management of the website is obtained thanks to the CMS (content management system) developed by WebBIZ, that allows, without the need of technical skills, to manage in autonomous way the website. Study of the competitors and optimization of the code (SEO) for a correct indexing in the search engines. Subscription to the field directories and base positioning with the keywords of interest of the company.The HTML code is validated XHTML Strict 1.0 on the basis of the rules dictated by W3C.
A site visible in the first pages of Google
STAF has selected a service of positioning on top of the search engines with the keywords of the field both in Italian and in English, that will bring new useful contacts to the site.
News always up-to-date with RSS
In the new site there is also a service of news in RSS format (standard for the distribution of the contents).
With the RSS feeds you can be always up-to-date on the news headlines concerning our products without visiting the website, but simply by using a free of charge feed reader or your browser (more information on the news in RSS).
